JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sudbury Branch and Outside Sales Manager, the Sudbury Valves Inside Sales Representative is a leader, and a team player recognized as an advanced individual contributor with good understanding of sales techniques and high willingness to continue to learn. As a Valves Inside Sales Representative you support our clients and contributes to their effort to effectively promote and expand the sales of their products from various and reputable manufacturers such as: Yokogawa, Flowserve, Leser, Eriez, Fujikin, Lechler, Xylem, ITT Engineered Valves, Check All Valve, TLV , and other brands. Your work is mostly provided to customers via telephone and the Internet (e.g., chat, email, video conferencing, etc.). You demonstrate leadership to achieve maximum sales revenue and ensure client satisfaction and retention, and when required you develop new accounts and/or generate new business from existing accounts through strategic customers engagement approaches, and effective approaches to close deals. In addition to knowing the ‘valves world’, you possess some knowledge in instrumentation products and control systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, and/or Business Development, and/or management, and/or Instrumentation, and/or Control, and/or equivalent education/training/experience.
